Why this week is different
A weekend that fills central Texas and produces one of the worst egress problems on the American motorsport calendar.
Venue. Circuit of the Americas.
Booking advice. COTA egress on race day is severe. Vehicles held on site in a paid lot leave far sooner than vehicles trying to return from the city.
What we provide during Formula 1 United States Grand Prix
- Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
- Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
- Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
- Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
- Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
- Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
- Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department
Getting around Austin that week
Austin's ground transportation year is punctuated by events that behave like natural disasters: SXSW in March, the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix in October, Austin City Limits across two October weekends, and the University of Texas home football Saturdays. In those weeks the city runs out of vehicles and the downtown grid closes.
Local note. SXSW and the Grand Prix each close large parts of downtown and commit every vehicle in central Texas. Both need to be booked in the preceding autumn, not the preceding month.
If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: San Antonio (about 1.5 hours), Houston (about 2.5 hours), Dallas (about 3 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.

Questions
Formula 1 United States Grand Prix: frequently asked
When is Formula 1 United States Grand Prix held?
Usually in October, at Circuit of the Americas. Exact dates move year to year and are set by the organiser, so the desk confirms the published dates before quoting.
How far ahead should I book transportation for Formula 1 United States Grand Prix?
COTA egress on race day is severe. Vehicles held on site in a paid lot leave far sooner than vehicles trying to return from the city.
What vehicles are available during Formula 1 United States Grand Prix?
Executive sedans and SUVs for individual travel, executive Sprinters for delegations of up to fourteen, and mini buses and motorcoaches for shuttle blocks. Availability in this week is genuinely finite, so the class you get is the class you booked early.
Do you run shuttles during Formula 1 United States Grand Prix?
Yes — published-interval hotel-to-venue loops sized to your headcount, with vehicles added at the opening and closing peaks rather than run at full strength all day.
