Service
Point-to-Point Transfers
A single agreed fare from A to B, quoted before you book and unchanged by traffic, weather or demand.
A fixed fare is a promise, not an estimate
The number you accept at booking is the number charged. It already contains the tolls, the parking, the airport access fee, the fuel and the gratuity policy shown on your confirmation. Rush hour does not change it. Rain does not change it. A convention in town does not change it. The only things that move the price are changes you make: an extra stop, a longer wait, a different vehicle class.
This is the whole argument for booking a car in advance instead of hailing one. On the trips where a rideshare app is cheapest — a short hop on a quiet Tuesday — it usually is. On the trips that matter, the ones at 6am in February with a flight to catch, the fixed fare is the product.
Extra stops, wait time and re-routing
Add a second pickup, a drop at a colleague's hotel or a stop at an office on the way and the desk prices it into the fare before you travel. Wait time between stops is billed only past the complimentary allowance shown on the quote.

Questions
Point-to-Point Transfers: frequently asked
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The only things that change it are changes you make on the day — an added stop, extra wait time, or a different vehicle.
Do you surge price?
No. Rates are published per city and per vehicle class and do not move with demand or weather.
Is gratuity included?
The gratuity policy is shown on your quote and confirmation before you pay, so there is nothing to work out at the end of the ride.
