SEMA Show Transportation
Las Vegas, NV · usually November
Reserve online · fixed all-in fare · instant confirmation
Why this week is different
The automotive aftermarket industry's annual gathering, immediately followed by the AAPEX show at the Venetian.
Venue. Las Vegas Convention Center.
Booking advice. SEMA and AAPEX overlap and effectively double the load. Exhibitor teardown runs late into the night and needs vehicles booked for those hours specifically.
What we provide during SEMA Show
- Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
- Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
- Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
- Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
- Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
- Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
- Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department
Getting around Las Vegas that week
Las Vegas has more convention space than any other American city and a ground transportation market that is entirely driven by the show calendar. During CES, SEMA, ConExpo, MJBizCon and the largest medical congresses the valley runs out of compliant vehicles, and operators bring cars in from Phoenix, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City to cover the shortfall. In the weeks between, the same city is the easiest market in the country.
Local note. The Formula 1 weekend closes Las Vegas Boulevard and several cross-streets for the better part of a week. Hotel access changes daily and the pickup point must be agreed with the desk, not assumed.
If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: Los Angeles (about 4 hours), Grand Canyon West (about 2.5 hours), Zion National Park (about 2.5 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.

Questions
SEMA Show: frequently asked
When is SEMA Show held?
Usually in November, at Las Vegas Convention Center. Exact dates move year to year and are set by the organiser, so the desk confirms the published dates before quoting.
How far ahead should I book transportation for SEMA Show?
SEMA and AAPEX overlap and effectively double the load. Exhibitor teardown runs late into the night and needs vehicles booked for those hours specifically.
What vehicles are available during SEMA Show?
Executive sedans and SUVs for individual travel, executive Sprinters for delegations of up to fourteen, and mini buses and motorcoaches for shuttle blocks. Availability in this week is genuinely finite, so the class you get is the class you booked early.
Do you run shuttles during SEMA Show?
Yes — published-interval hotel-to-venue loops sized to your headcount, with vehicles added at the opening and closing peaks rather than run at full strength all day.
