Wedding Transportation
Wedding transport is judged on one thing: did everybody arrive when the planner said they would. Everything else is decoration.
A timeline, not a set of bookings
We build a written transport timeline from the ceremony time backwards: hair and makeup pickups, the wedding party to the venue, the couple's car, photograph locations between ceremony and reception, guest shuttle loops from the hotel block, and the departure at the end of the night. It goes to you and to your planner, and the chauffeurs work from it.
Buffers are built where they are always needed — photographs run long, families are late, and the drive between a garden ceremony and a downtown reception on a Saturday afternoon is not the drive Google shows on a Tuesday morning.
Guests are the part people underestimate
A hundred and fifty guests at a hotel block and a venue twenty minutes away need more than one bus. Sized properly, a shuttle loop running every twenty minutes for ninety minutes before the ceremony and for two hours after the reception moves everyone without anyone standing outside in formalwear.
The late loop matters most. Guests who cannot get back to the hotel drive themselves, and no couple wants that. We hold the last departure until the venue closes.
The cars themselves
Classic white or black stretch limousines for the couple and the wedding party; stretch SUVs where the party is larger; a party Sprinter where the group wants to stand up and celebrate between venues; executive SUVs for parents and grandparents who would rather step into a normal car; mini buses and motorcoaches for guests.
Décor: a ribbon or a simple floral treatment on the couple's car is arranged with your florist. We do not fit signage or anything adhesive.

Questions
Wedding Transportation: frequently asked
How far in advance should we book?
Six to nine months for a Saturday in peak season, longer for a holiday weekend. Stretch limousines and larger buses in popular markets are committed early.
Do you provide a guest shuttle?
Yes, on a published loop from the hotel block, sized to your headcount, with the last departure held until the venue closes.
Can we decorate the car?
A ribbon or a floral treatment arranged with your florist, yes. Nothing adhesive and no signage.
What if photographs run long?
The timeline is built with buffers and the vehicles are booked as hourly time, so they wait rather than leaving.
