Las Vegas during CES, Chicago during the auto show, San Francisco during JPMorgan healthcare week, Orlando during a major medical congress and New York during the NRF Big Show all behave the same way: every compliant vehicle in the metro is committed weeks in advance, rates rise, and late bookings are filled from neighbouring states at a premium if at all.

We hold allocation in the major convention cities against the published show calendar. Booking your ground transportation when you book your booth costs less and, more importantly, actually gets you a car.

The convention centre is not one address

The Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place, the Orange County Convention Center and the Javits Center each have several halls with separate vehicle entrances and marshalling rules that change per show. Dropping at the wrong hall can mean a twenty-minute indoor walk with a demo case.

Our dispatchers work the show's own traffic plan: which entrance is live, where rideshare is banned, where the charter marshalling yard is, and which hour the exhibit hall empties into the street.

Exhibitors, delegations and hospitality

Exhibitor crews need early-morning and late-night runs on setup and teardown days, when nothing else is moving. Delegations need a Sprinter that keeps a group together between the hall, the hotel and the customer dinner. Hospitality programmes need staged vehicles for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held.
