Service
Corporate Accounts
A corporate account turns ground transportation from an expense-report problem into a managed service with cost centres, traveller profiles and a monthly invoice.
What an account changes
Without an account, every trip is a personal card, a receipt, an expense line and a reconciliation. With one, travellers book against a cost centre or project code, the company is invoiced monthly, and finance receives a single itemised statement rather than four hundred receipts.
Traveller profiles hold the things people should not have to repeat: preferred vehicle class, child seat requirements, home and office addresses, accessibility needs, whether they want conversation or silence, and which airports they actually use. A first-time chauffeur in a new city arrives already knowing them.
Duty of care is a record, not a promise
For a travel-risk or security team the question is not whether the driver is nice. It is whether the operator can evidence the chauffeur's background check, the vehicle's commercial insurance and inspection status, and where the traveller was at 11:40pm. Our affiliate agreements require that record to exist, and the account reporting exposes it: every trip, every vehicle, every chauffeur, timestamped.
Consolidated reporting also makes the spend legible: cost per trip by city, by department, by traveller, by vehicle class, with the outliers visible. Most new accounts find between eight and fifteen per cent of avoidable spend in the first quarter simply by seeing it.
Booked the way your travellers already work
Travellers book by phone, by email to the desk, or through the online reservation system with their profile attached. Executive assistants can hold and manage bookings for a group of travellers. Where a travel management company already owns the booking flow, we take reservations from it directly.

Questions
Corporate Accounts: frequently asked
Is there a minimum spend to open an account?
No. Accounts are opened on the basis of a credit check and a signed service agreement, not a spend commitment, though negotiated city rates depend on volume.
Can we allocate trips to cost centres?
Yes. Cost centre, project code and a free-text reference can be captured at booking and appear on the invoice line.
Can our travel risk team see chauffeur screening records?
Yes. Screening, licensing and commercial insurance evidence for the operators carrying your travellers is provided on request under the account agreement.
Do you integrate with our TMC or booking tool?
We accept reservations directly from travel management companies and corporate booking tools by feed or by email. Tell the desk which tool you use.
