A cruise port is not one address. PortMiami has multiple terminals; Port Everglades has more; Galveston, Canaveral and Cape Liberty each assign berths by sailing. Your boarding pass names a terminal letter or number that changes between sailings, and a chauffeur who takes you to the wrong one costs you an hour in a queue of taxis.

We match the terminal to the ship and the sail date at the time of booking, and we schedule the drop-off inside your assigned boarding window rather than at the earliest possible moment — arriving three hours early at a cruise terminal buys you a longer queue, not a better seat.

Debarkation: pier pickup without the scrum

Disembarkation mornings are chaotic and the published times are optimistic. We hold the car and give you ninety minutes of complimentary wait from your stated pier time, because customs clearance for a full ship is measured in hours, not minutes. You text when you clear; the car is at the pickup lane in minutes.

For groups we can stage several vehicles and load them in sequence, which is the difference between a wedding party of thirty getting to the airport together and getting there over four hours.

Port-to-airport, and the pre-cruise night

Most cruise bookings pair with a flight. We quote airport-to-pier and pier-to-airport as fixed fares, and we can add a hotel night, a city tour on the gap day or a stop at a provisioning store on the way to the pier. The Travel Center books the hotel and the flight alongside the car if you want one invoice.
