Tell the desk the species, the size and whether the animal travels crated or leashed, and the vehicle is assigned accordingly — usually an SUV or a Sprinter with the cargo area prepared. Protective covers are fitted before dispatch and the vehicle is deep-cleaned afterwards, which is why the small pet fee exists.

Service animals travel free of any surcharge and require no advance notice, as required by law. Telling us anyway means we can prepare the vehicle.

Airport pet relief and long journeys

For airport transfers we can route via the animal relief area before departure or after arrival. On city-to-city runs the chauffeur builds in stops at sensible intervals. For pet relocations and vet transfers, tell the desk the crate dimensions so the vehicle is sized correctly.
