One desk, every kind of journey
Ground transportation for the whole trip, not just the airport run
Most chauffeur companies do airports and weddings. We built this around the journeys that actually make up an American year: the road show, the convention week, the cruise embarkation, the treatment day at the hospital, the grandparent who no longer drives, the arrival that must not be photographed, and the coach block that moves four hundred delegates on a published loop.

Every city page carries the things that actually decide whether a booking works: which airport your destination points at, which districts the traffic punishes, which annual week empties the city of vehicles, and how long the runs to the next city really take.

54 annual shows, festivals and championships
In a convention or festival city during its week, the constraint is not price — it is whether a compliant vehicle exists at all. These are the weeks that sell out, and roughly when they fall.
| Event | City | Usual window | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| CES | Las Vegas, NV | January | The largest technology trade show in the world and, for ground transportation, the single tightest week in the American calendar. |
| SEMA Show | Las Vegas, NV | November | The automotive aftermarket industry's annual gathering, immediately followed by the AAPEX show at the Venetian. |
| NRF Big Show | New York, NY | January | The retail industry's annual convention, filling midtown and west-side hotels in the first half of January. |
| J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference | San Francisco, CA | January | The busiest ground transportation week of the San Francisco year: thousands of investors and executives running back-to-back meetings across a few compact blocks. |
| HIMSS Global Health Conference | Las Vegas, NV | March | Health information technology's largest annual gathering, with a host city that rotates. |
| RSA Conference | San Francisco, CA | April or May | The cybersecurity industry's principal annual conference, filling SoMa and Union Square. |
| Dreamforce | San Francisco, CA | September or October | One of the largest software conferences in the world, with street closures around Howard Street for the duration. |
| AWS re:Invent | Las Vegas, NV | November or December | A multi-venue cloud computing conference spread across the Strip, which makes inter-hotel movement the dominant transport pattern. |
| SXSW | Austin, TX | March | Film, music and technology in one ten-day takeover of central Austin, with wholesale street closures. |
| MJBizCon | Las Vegas, NV | December | The cannabis industry's largest trade show, filling the convention corridor in early December. |
| IAAPA Expo | Orlando, FL | November | The attractions industry's annual show at the largest exhibition facility in the United States. |
| ASCO Annual Meeting | Chicago, IL | May or June | The world's largest clinical oncology meeting, and one of the events that fills every hotel room in Chicago. |
Why book here rather than an app
Six things a rideshare cannot do
The fare is fixed before you travel
Tolls, parking, airport fees and fuel are inside the quoted price. Rush hour does not change it, rain does not change it, and a convention in town does not change it.
Your flight is tracked, not assumed
The pickup time moves with the actual arrival. Thirty minutes of complimentary wait on domestic arrivals, ninety on international, measured from touchdown.
The car waits
Book by the hour and the vehicle stays with you between stops, with your luggage, coats and samples still in it. Four transfers in a day cost more and work worse.
The chauffeur is screened and insured
Background-checked, correctly licensed and driving a commercially insured vehicle. Corporate accounts can have that evidence sent to their risk team.
Discretion is a written policy
Unmarked vehicles and signed non-disclosure agreements on private-client and talent work. No photographs, no posts, no name on any list we publish.
A person answers, at any hour
Reservations and dispatch are staffed twenty-four hours a day. When something changes at 3am in a city you have never visited, there is a number that works.
The network
A US operator with a worldwide reach
In our core markets the work is carried by operators we hold direct agreements with — the same companies, the same vehicles, the same chauffeurs, week after week. Everywhere else it is placed with vetted affiliates through the Limousine Worldwide Directory and the Limousine Association International, whose standards on screening, insurance and vehicle inspection are the reason those two organisations exist.
The practical effect for a client is simple. One reservation desk covers a road show that runs Boston, New York, Chicago and San Francisco, and it covers the London leg the following week. One invoice. One escalation path. One person who knows the file.
We are listed members of both organisations, and both listings are public. If you are booking with a ground transportation company you have not used before — ours included — check the register first.

“Near me”
Looking for a limo service near me?
“Near me” is a location, not a page — so rather than pretend, here is the plain answer. We dispatch chauffeured vehicles in more than five hundred American cities. Car service near me, black car service near me, airport car service near me, chauffeur near me, party bus near me and wheelchair accessible transportation near me all resolve to the same thing: tell the desk your pickup address and it confirms coverage and quotes a fixed fare, usually in one call.
Sedans and SUVs are available same-day in most markets, and 24/7 limo service means exactly that — reservations and dispatch are staffed around the clock. Last-minute car service for stretch limousines, party buses, coaches and wheelchair-accessible vehicles is a matter of luck rather than policy, because those vehicles are genuinely scarce; book them ahead.
Pick your metro and you get the local detail: which airport your destination actually points at, which districts the traffic punishes, and which annual week empties the city of vehicles.

Our copy says “chauffeur” and “corporate account”. Most people type “limo rental”, “party bus” or “town car service”. Both mean the same thing here, and each one below goes straight to the page that can quote it.

Frequently asked questions
What areas does AmericanLimousine.Services cover?
More than five hundred cities across the United States directly, with 77 metros carrying dedicated pages, 91 airports, 25 cruise ports and 24 rail stations. Outside the United States we place work with vetted affiliate operators in roughly ninety countries through the Limousine Worldwide Directory and Limousine Association International networks.
Is the price fixed when I book?
Yes. The fare quoted at booking includes tolls, parking, airport access fees and fuel, and does not change with traffic, weather or demand. There is no surge pricing at any hour.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport reservation is linked to your flight number and the pickup time moves automatically with the actual arrival. Domestic arrivals include thirty minutes of complimentary wait from touchdown and international arrivals ninety.
What vehicles can I book?
Executive and luxury sedans, executive and luxury SUVs, electric vehicles in supported markets, stretch limousines, stretch SUV limousines, executive and party Sprinter vans, mini buses, motorcoaches and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Can you handle discreet transportation for public figures?
Yes. Unmarked vehicles, chauffeurs bound by non-disclosure agreements, service and artist entrances arranged in advance, decoy vehicles on request, and chauffeurs trained to work under a protective detail's movement plan.
Do you transport seniors and patients to appointments?
Yes. Senior transportation is door-through-door with the chauffeur waiting through the appointment, and medical bookings use on-call return legs because discharge times are unpredictable. We are not an ambulance service and do not bill insurance.
Is there a limo service near me?
Almost certainly. We dispatch in more than five hundred American cities, with dedicated coverage in the metros listed on the cities page and affiliate coverage in roughly ninety countries. Rather than guessing at "near me", tell the desk your pickup address and it will confirm coverage and quote a fixed fare in one call.
How much does a limo cost per hour?
Hourly rates are set per city and per vehicle class, with a three-hour minimum in most US markets and four in a few. There is no single national price because a fare in Manhattan and a fare in Boise are not the same number. The online reservation system quotes your actual journey in seconds, and the rates page explains exactly what is inside the price.
Can I rent a limo or a party bus for the night?
Yes. Stretch limo rental, stretch SUV limo, party bus and party Sprinter rental, mini bus and full motorcoach charter are all available, booked as an evening block rather than by the trip. Alcohol in the vehicle is governed by your state and by the vehicle class, and the desk will tell you what applies before you pay.
What is a chauffeur service, and is it the same as a limo service?
They are the same product under two names. A chauffeur service is a pre-booked car with a professional, commercially licensed driver at a fixed fare — sedan, SUV, Sprinter, stretch or coach. "Limo service" is the older American term for it and covers the same fleet.
Do you do town car service?
Yes. "Town car" in American usage means the executive sedan class — a black Cadillac, Lincoln, Mercedes or BMW saloon with a professional chauffeur. It is the class most corporate travel policies name, and the cheapest way to arrive properly.
