Release only to a named adult

Bookings for passengers under eighteen are made with a named releasing adult at each end. The chauffeur does not depart the pickup point until the child is in the vehicle, and does not depart the destination until the child has been handed to the named adult or into a school or camp office with a signature.

Chauffeurs assigned to minor transport are additionally screened and, where a state requires a specific credential for transporting minors, hold it.

Notifications at every stage

Parents receive a message when the chauffeur is en route, on arrival, on pickup, on the road and on delivery, with the chauffeur's name and vehicle. For airline unaccompanied-minor programmes we coordinate with the airline's handover process at the gate or the designated desk.

Boarding school and summer camp runs are booked in blocks — start of term, exeat weekends, half term, end of term — with the same chauffeur where possible.
