Prom & Graduation Transportation

The rules, stated plainly

Prom and graduation bookings for passengers under twenty-one are strictly alcohol-free and drug-free. Chauffeurs are instructed to end the trip and return the group to the pickup address if either appears, and the booking adult is called. The bar in the vehicle is emptied and sealed before dispatch.

The itinerary is fixed at booking and any change must come from the booking parent, not from the passengers. Chauffeurs will not take an unscheduled destination from a seventeen-year-old, however persuasive.

What parents get

A named chauffeur with a photograph and licence details before the night. A message at pickup, at each stop and at the final drop. A direct line to the coordinator during the evening. And a group contract that everyone's parents sign, which is far easier than a phone tree.

Multi-family bookings split the cost cleanly: the desk can issue individual invoices against one vehicle so no single parent fronts the whole amount.
