Service
Discreet Celebrity & VIP Ground Transportation
The measure of a good celebrity transfer is that nothing about it is memorable — no photograph, no post, no crowd at the hotel entrance.
Discretion is a process, not a promise
Every chauffeur assigned to private-client and talent work signs a non-disclosure agreement covering the passenger, the itinerary and anything seen or heard in the vehicle. Phones stay stowed. No photographs are taken in or of the vehicle. Nothing is posted, ever, and there is no exception for a car park at 3am.
Vehicles carry no company markings, no livery plate frames, no window decals and no interior branding. On request we supply a decoy vehicle at the primary entrance while the principal leaves elsewhere — a routine arrangement for venue departures and one that costs less than the alternative.
The route is planned around the exits
Hotels have service entrances, loading docks and function-level exits. Arenas have artist entrances and tunnel access. Airports have private terminals and, at some, a separate arrivals process for eligible passengers. Studios and networks have gates that expect a name on a list an hour beforehand.
The advance work is knowing which of those is available to you on the day, who has to approve it, and how long the walk is. We do that before the movement, with the venue's own security or your team, and we drive the route once where the timing is tight.
Working with a protective detail
Where a detail is assigned, the plan is theirs. Our chauffeurs are trained to work under someone else's movement plan: staging positions, comms discipline, hold points, when to move and when not to. Where no detail exists but the risk profile calls for one, the executive protection page describes what we can add.
Follow vehicles for security, luggage or entourage are dispatched on the same manifest so the group does not fragment.
Tour, press and awards work
Tour routing across multiple cities, press days with a fixed and immovable sequence, red-carpet arrivals with an assigned drop window, and after-party movements with a hard curfew are all normal work here. The coordinator holds the run sheet and talks to the publicist, not to the principal.
