Why this week is different
The energy industry's senior annual gathering, with a very high concentration of executive and delegation travel.
Venue. Hilton Americas and the George R. Brown Convention Center.
Booking advice. This is an as-directed week: principals move between the conference, private meetings and dinners on a schedule that changes hourly.
What we provide during CERAWeek
- Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
- Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
- Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
- Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
- Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
- Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
- Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department
Getting around Houston that week
Houston's ground transportation is shaped by the Texas Medical Center, the energy corridor and the port. Medical travel is a genuine sector here: patients and families arriving for treatment at MD Anderson and the Texas Medical Center, often for weeks at a time, needing a car that understands the difference between an appointment and an emergency.
Local note. Galveston cruise embarkation from Houston is an hour each way and Saturday mornings in season are heavily committed. Book the pier run with the cruise, not the week before.
If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: Galveston cruise terminal (about 1 hour), Austin (about 2.5 hours), San Antonio (about 3 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.
Vehicles for this week

Questions
CERAWeek: frequently asked
When is CERAWeek held?
Usually in March, at Hilton Americas and the George R. Brown Convention Center. Exact dates move year to year and are set by the organiser, so the desk confirms the published dates before quoting.
How far ahead should I book transportation for CERAWeek?
This is an as-directed week: principals move between the conference, private meetings and dinners on a schedule that changes hourly.
What vehicles are available during CERAWeek?
Executive sedans and SUVs for individual travel, executive Sprinters for delegations of up to fourteen, and mini buses and motorcoaches for shuttle blocks. Availability in this week is genuinely finite, so the class you get is the class you booked early.
Do you run shuttles during CERAWeek?
Yes — published-interval hotel-to-venue loops sized to your headcount, with vehicles added at the opening and closing peaks rather than run at full strength all day.
