Why this week is different
The cybersecurity industry's principal annual conference, filling SoMa and Union Square.
Venue. Moscone Center.
Booking advice. Moscone loading and drop-off is tightly controlled during large shows. The desk works to the current traffic plan rather than the street address.
What we provide during RSA Conference
- Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
- Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
- Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
- Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
- Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
- Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
- Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department
Getting around San Francisco that week
San Francisco is small and the Bay Area is not. The work here is as much about the Peninsula and the South Bay as about the city: an investor day that starts in the Financial District and ends in Menlo Park, a founder moving between Sand Hill Road and SoMa, a delegation visiting three campuses in Mountain View, Cupertino and Santa Clara before a dinner in the city.
Local note. Healthcare conference week in January is the tightest ground transportation week in the country. Vehicles are committed by the previous autumn and rates reflect it — book in September for January.
If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: Napa (about 1.5 hours), Sonoma and Healdsburg (1.5 to 2 hours), Monterey and Carmel (about 2 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.
Vehicles for this week
- Executive Sedan — 3 passengers
- Executive SUV — 6 passengers
- Executive Sprinter Van — 14 passengers
- Mini Bus & Executive Shuttle — 28 passengers
- Motorcoach — 56 passengers
Questions
RSA Conference: frequently asked
When is RSA Conference held?
Usually in April or May, at Moscone Center. Exact dates move year to year and are set by the organiser, so the desk confirms the published dates before quoting.
How far ahead should I book transportation for RSA Conference?
Moscone loading and drop-off is tightly controlled during large shows. The desk works to the current traffic plan rather than the street address.
What vehicles are available during RSA Conference?
Executive sedans and SUVs for individual travel, executive Sprinters for delegations of up to fourteen, and mini buses and motorcoaches for shuttle blocks. Availability in this week is genuinely finite, so the class you get is the class you booked early.
Do you run shuttles during RSA Conference?
Yes — published-interval hotel-to-venue loops sized to your headcount, with vehicles added at the opening and closing peaks rather than run at full strength all day.
