Pricing
Rates and What Is Included
We do not publish one national price list of limo rates, because a fare in Manhattan and a fare in Boise are not the same number and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Here is exactly how the number you are quoted is built.

Structure
The four ways a fare is built
| Booking type | Priced on | Minimum | Best when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Point to point | A fixed fare for the specific route and vehicle class | None | One journey, A to B, with at most a stop or two |
| Airport transfer | A fixed fare including airport access, parking and tracked wait | None | Any arrival or departure at a terminal |
| Hourly / as-directed | The hour, with unlimited stops inside the block | 3 hours in most markets, 4 in some | More than about three movements in a day |
| Charter | The chauffeur’s duty day, plus overnight and repositioning | 1 duty day | Multi-day, multi-city, production and coach work |
How much does a limo cost?
The honest answer is that it depends on the city, the vehicle class and the length of the booking, and any site quoting you one national number for “limo prices” is guessing. What we can tell you is how the number is built, which is what this page does, and that the reservation system will quote your actual journey — a real all-in price, not a range — in a few seconds.
As a rule of thumb: a point-to-point airport transfer in an executive sedan is the cheapest way to use this service; an SUV is a step up; hourly as-directed work becomes better value than separate transfers past about four movements in a day; and stretch limo rental, party bus rental and charter bus rental are priced by the vehicle and the evening rather than by the mile.
An airport car service price is quoted the same way: a fixed all-in fare for that specific route and vehicle class, including the airport access fee, the parking and the tracked waiting time.

Questions
Rates: frequently asked
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a single national rate card would be wrong in most of the country. Rates are set per market and per vehicle class against local operating costs, and the reservation system quotes your actual journey in seconds. What we can publish honestly is the structure, which is what this page does.
Is the quoted fare really all-inclusive?
Yes. Tolls, parking, airport access fees and fuel are inside it, and the gratuity policy is stated on the quote. The only additions are changes you make on the day.
Do you charge more at night, in the rain or during a convention?
No surge, ever. Convention and event weeks have their own published rates set in advance because vehicles are genuinely scarce then, and you see that rate when you book rather than after.
What is the hourly minimum?
Three hours in most US markets and four in a small number of them. The desk tells you which applies to your city before you pay.
How is wait time charged?
Complimentary allowances first: 30 minutes on domestic arrivals, 90 on international, 90 on cruise disembarkation, 30 at rail stations, 15 at other pickups. Beyond that, fifteen-minute increments at the published rate.
Do you take corporate accounts on invoice?
Yes, with monthly consolidated invoicing, cost-centre and project-code allocation and trip-level reporting.
