Service
Sporting Events & Game Days
On a game day the stadium is the easiest thing to find and the hardest thing to leave. Book the leaving.
Tailgates, suites and the trip home
A Sprinter or mini bus parked in a tailgate lot is the group's base for the afternoon: the food travels in it, it is warm at half time, and it drives everybody home afterwards. Hospitality suites at NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB venues have their own vehicle entrances that avoid the general egress entirely — we use them where your ticket gives access.
For the postseason, for a bowl game, for a championship weekend, for the Masters or Derby week, book as early as you book the tickets. Those weeks behave like conventions: every compliant vehicle in the metro is spoken for.
Teams, officials and travelling parties
Collegiate and professional travelling parties are handled as charter: coaches from the airport to the hotel to the venue on a fixed schedule, equipment vehicles, and a manifest that accounts for everyone. Hours-of-service is planned into the itinerary, not discovered on the night of a delayed flight.
