Booking
How It Works
Five steps, no surprises, and a price that is the same at the end of the journey as it was at the start.
1. Tell us the journey
Online, by phone on (877) 860-3388, or by email to support@americanlimousine.services. We need the date and time, the pickup and drop-off, the passenger count and — the one people forget — the luggage count. Four adults with four checked bags do not fit in a sedan, and getting that right at the quote stage is the difference between a good first five minutes and a bad one.
2. Get a fixed, all-in fare
The quote includes tolls, parking, airport access fees and fuel, and states the gratuity policy that applies. It does not change with traffic, weather or demand. There is no surge pricing at any hour. The only things that move it are changes you make: an added stop, extra wait time, or a different vehicle class.
3. Confirmation, in writing
You receive a written confirmation with the vehicle class, the fare, the inclusions and the cancellation window that applies to your booking. Corporate accounts and travel advisors get a version that can be forwarded to a traveller or a client without editing.
4. Before pickup
A message with the chauffeur’s name, cell number, and the vehicle make, colour and plate. For airport arrivals the flight is tracked and the pickup time follows the actual landing. For rail it is the service number; for cruise it is your pier time.
5. Payment
Individual bookings are charged to the card on file. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with cost-centre and project-code allocation. Travel advisors can be invoiced to the agency or to the client. Cash is not accepted for pre-booked work.
What counts as a change
- Adding a stop — priced at the published rate, or into the fare if you tell the desk in advance
- Wait time beyond the complimentary allowance — billed in fifteen-minute increments
- Upgrading or downgrading the vehicle class — re-quoted before it is applied
- Extending an hourly block — billed in fifteen-minute increments at the same rate, with no penalty rate
- An airline delay — not a change, and never charged
Frequently asked
How quickly can you confirm a booking?
Online bookings confirm immediately. Phone and email bookings are confirmed the same day, usually within the hour during US business hours and always before the travel date.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give the desk the passenger’s name and cell number so the pre-pickup message reaches them, and tell us whether you want the confirmation copied to you as well.
What if my plans change after I book?
Tell the desk. Timing changes are usually free; vehicle changes are re-quoted; cancellations follow the window stated on your confirmation.
