Attractions & Sightseeing
A private car with a chauffeur who knows the city is not a tour bus. You go where you want, for as long as you want, and you leave when you are done.
The advantage over a coach tour
No fixed group, no forty-minute stop at a gift shop, no waiting for the last person back on the bus. You set the list, the chauffeur sequences it around opening hours, light and traffic, and you can drop the last stop if everyone is tired.
Chauffeurs are not licensed guides and do not deliver a scripted commentary. What they do have is local knowledge: which entrance has the shorter line at eleven, where to photograph the skyline in the afternoon rather than the morning, and which viewpoint the guidebook sends everyone to at exactly the wrong time. Where you want a licensed guide, the Travel Center will arrange one to travel with you.
National parks and long days
Grand Canyon from Las Vegas or Phoenix, Yosemite from San Francisco, Rocky Mountain from Denver, Zion and Bryce from Las Vegas, the Everglades from Miami, Acadia from Portland Maine, and Great Smoky Mountains from Knoxville are all full-day charters with an early start. Park entry fees, timed-entry reservations where the park requires them, and a picnic stop are arranged with the booking.
Theme-park days — Orlando, Anaheim, Tampa, Los Angeles — work best as a drop and an on-call return, with the car back within twenty minutes of your call rather than parked all day at your expense.

Questions
Attractions & Sightseeing: frequently asked
Is the chauffeur a tour guide?
No. Chauffeurs are not licensed guides and give no scripted commentary, though they know their cities well. A licensed guide can be arranged to travel with you.
Can you do a full day at a national park?
Yes, as a full-day charter with an early start, including timed-entry reservations where the park requires them.
Should the car wait at a theme park?
Usually not. A drop with an on-call return is cheaper and just as convenient — the car is back within about twenty minutes of your call.
