What we send you

Pre-booked, pre-paid work with the fare agreed in advance and no negotiation at the kerb: airport transfers, hourly as-directed days, corporate accounts, convention blocks, cruise transfers and event work. Volume is steady rather than seasonal in most markets, because the account base is corporate rather than purely leisure.

What we require

• Current commercial liability insurance at or above your state or national minimum, with a certificate on file
• Every licence and operating authority your jurisdiction requires, including for interstate and charter work where applicable
• Background-checked, drug-tested and correctly licensed chauffeurs
• A dispatch contact that answers around the clock — a person, not an answering machine
• Vehicles maintained and inspected on your jurisdiction’s schedule, and presented clean
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement for private-client and talent work
• No subcontracting of our bookings to a third operator without telling us

How the relationship works

You are paid on agreed terms against a confirmed booking, not on a lead-generation or pay-per-click basis. We do not take a cut of a fare you negotiate yourself with our client, because you do not negotiate with our client — the desk owns the booking and the invoice.

Performance is tracked: on-time arrival, vehicle presentation, chauffeur conduct and how you handle the trips that go wrong. Operators who are good at the last of those get more work than operators who are merely good at the first three.
