Service
Film, TV & Production Transportation
Production transport runs on the call sheet, and the call sheet changes at 11pm. The transport coordinator has to change with it.
Talent, crew and the difference between them
Talent cars are about discretion and consistency: the same chauffeur where possible, no signage, no conversation unless invited, tinted rear glass, a car that does not draw a crowd at the hotel door. Crew moves are about throughput: Sprinters and mini buses shuttling between base camp, unit base and location on a rolling schedule.
Both are booked from the same production account so that the accountant receives one coded invoice per shooting day rather than a folder of receipts.
Location work and overnight schedules
Production days start before dawn and end after midnight, and they move. Our production bookings default to as-directed hours with an assigned chauffeur team rather than fixed transfers, and the coordinator takes changes by text from the AD department at any hour.
For multi-week shoots the vehicles are chartered and dedicated, which is both cheaper and far less fragile than re-booking each morning.
