Natural Products Expo West Transportation

Why this week is different

The natural and organic products industry's principal show, filling Anaheim and much of Orange County.

Venue. Anaheim Convention Center.

Booking advice. Fly into John Wayne, not LAX. The ground difference between the two is about ninety minutes each way.

What we provide during Natural Products Expo West

• Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
• Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
• Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
• Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
• Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
• Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
• Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department

Getting around Orange County that week

John Wayne Airport is the correct arrival for Newport Beach, Irvine, Anaheim, Costa Mesa and the Laguna coast, and using LAX instead costs about ninety minutes in each direction. That single fact governs most Orange County bookings.

Local note. If your hotel is in Orange County, fly into SNA. The desk will say so even when the flight is a little more expensive, because the ground difference is larger.

If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: Los Angeles (about 1.5 hours), San Diego (about 1.5 hours), Palm Springs (about 2 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.
