Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what a reservation needs, we share it with the operator carrying you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- Reservation data: name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts
- Travel data: flight, train or ship details where the journey starts or ends at a terminal
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider; full card numbers are not stored on our systems
- Preferences you give us: vehicle class, child seats, accessibility needs, quiet-ride and temperature preferences
- Website data: standard server logs and Google Analytics 4 measurement, which we use to understand which pages are useful
Why we hold it
To quote, confirm and carry out your reservation; to bill for it; to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to passenger carriage; and to answer you if you contact us about a past trip. Preferences are kept so you do not have to repeat them, and can be deleted on request.
Who it is shared with
- The operator and chauffeur carrying your booking — they receive what the trip needs and nothing more
- Our payment processor, for the transaction
- Where you are travelling on a corporate account, the account holder, who sees the trips billed to them
- Where the law requires it, the relevant authority
- Nobody else. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers
How long we keep it
Reservation and billing records for the period the applicable tax and transportation regulations require, then deletion. Preference profiles until you ask us to remove them. Marketing consent until you withdraw it, which you can do in any message we send you.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it, and object to marketing. Email support@americanlimousine.services. We answer these ourselves rather than routing them to a form.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page usage. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels. The booking widget is provided by our reservation platform and sets the cookies its own service requires.
