Two layers, and we will tell you which one you are on
In our core markets the work is carried by operators we hold direct agreements with. Same companies, same vehicles, same chauffeurs week after week; the dispatcher knows which building has a loading dock and which one does not. That consistency is worth more than any fleet photograph.
Outside those markets the booking is placed with a vetted affiliate through the Limousine Worldwide Directory or the Limousine Association International. The standards are the same, the insurance evidence is on file, and the desk still owns the booking — you do not get handed a phone number in a city you have never visited and told to sort it out.
If you ask which layer your trip sits on, we will tell you. Most companies will not, because most companies present an affiliate network as a fleet.
