Service
Train Station Transfers
On the Northeast Corridor and the Florida Brightline route the train often beats the plane. The car meeting it should be as punctual as the train is.
Where the train wins
Between Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Newark, New York and Boston, and between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando, rail is frequently the faster and more civilised option once security and taxi queues are counted. The weak link is the last mile at each end, and that is what this service replaces.
We meet Acela, Northeast Regional, Brightline and long-distance Amtrak services at the station entrance a train arrives at — which at several stations is not the entrance the address on the map points to.
Concourse meets and platform-level pickup
At Moynihan Train Hall, Union Station in Washington, Chicago Union Station, Philadelphia's 30th Street Station and Los Angeles Union Station the chauffeur can meet you on the concourse with a name board and walk you to the vehicle. Elsewhere we use the designated pickup lane, with the chauffeur circulating and reachable by text.
Rail schedules slip. We track the service and hold thirty minutes of complimentary wait from the actual arrival, which covers the great majority of delays on the corridor.
