Why this week is different

Venue. Daytona International Speedway.
Booking advice. Most guests arrive at Orlando and drive an hour east. Full-day charters with a held return beat trying to find a car after the race.
What we provide during Daytona 500 and Speedweeks
- Airport meets on the peak arrival and departure days, with a greeter desk for larger programmes
- Executive sedans and SUVs for individual and small-group movement
- Sprinters that keep a delegation together between the venue, the hotel and the customer dinner
- Published-interval shuttle loops between hotel blocks and the venue, reinforced at the two peaks
- Hospitality staging for suites, offsites and after-parties with a curfew that is actually held
- Setup and teardown runs outside normal service hours for exhibitor crews
- Consolidated billing per programme, per exhibitor or per department
Getting around Orlando that week
Orlando is a convention city that happens to have theme parks. The Orange County Convention Center is the largest exhibition facility in the country by usable space and its calendar drives a market that is nothing like the leisure image of the city. Convention weeks bring executive sedans, Sprinters and coach shuttles; the parks bring SUVs and mini buses full of families.
Local note. Terminal C at MCO is a separate landside building. An arrival there with a car sent to Terminals A or B costs about twenty minutes and a phone call.
If the city is sold out, the nearest alternatives are within driving range: Port Canaveral (about 50 minutes), Tampa (about 1.5 hours), Miami (about 3.5 hours). We run those legs as fixed-fare city-to-city transfers.

Questions
Daytona 500 and Speedweeks: frequently asked
When is Daytona 500 and Speedweeks held?
Usually in February, at Daytona International Speedway. Exact dates move year to year and are set by the organiser, so the desk confirms the published dates before quoting.
How far ahead should I book transportation for Daytona 500 and Speedweeks?
Most guests arrive at Orlando and drive an hour east. Full-day charters with a held return beat trying to find a car after the race.
What vehicles are available during Daytona 500 and Speedweeks?
Executive sedans and SUVs for individual travel, executive Sprinters for delegations of up to fourteen, and mini buses and motorcoaches for shuttle blocks. Availability in this week is genuinely finite, so the class you get is the class you booked early.
Do you run shuttles during Daytona 500 and Speedweeks?
Yes — published-interval hotel-to-venue loops sized to your headcount, with vehicles added at the opening and closing peaks rather than run at full strength all day.
