Corporate Accounts in Las Vegas, NV
Las Vegas has more convention space than any other American city and a ground transportation market that is entirely driven by the show calendar. During CES, SEMA, ConExpo, MJBizCon and the largest medical congresses the valley runs out of compliant vehicles, and operators bring cars in from Phoenix, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City to cover the shortfall. In the weeks between, the same city is the easiest market in the country.
What an account changes
Without an account, every trip is a personal card, a receipt, an expense line and a reconciliation. With one, travellers book against a cost centre or project code, the company is invoiced monthly, and finance receives a single itemised statement rather than four hundred receipts.
Traveller profiles hold the things people should not have to repeat: preferred vehicle class, child seat requirements, home and office addresses, accessibility needs, whether they want conversation or silence, and which airports they actually use. A first-time chauffeur in a new city arrives already knowing them.
What this means in Las Vegas
The Formula 1 weekend closes Las Vegas Boulevard and several cross-streets for the better part of a week. Hotel access changes daily and the pickup point must be agreed with the desk, not assumed.
Beyond conventions we run heavy volume on Strip and off-Strip hotel transfers, Red Rock and Hoover Dam sightseeing, the Grand Canyon day trip, wedding transport, nightlife groups and the long runs to Los Angeles, Phoenix, Zion and Bryce.
Where corporate travellers go in Las Vegas
Weeks to book early
- CES — January. Every compliant vehicle in the Las Vegas valley is committed weeks in advance and operators bring cars in from Phoenix, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Book with your booth space, not with your flight.
- SEMA Show — November. SEMA and AAPEX overlap and effectively double the load. Exhibitor teardown runs late into the night and needs vehicles booked for those hours specifically.
- HIMSS Global Health Conference — March. Confirm the host city for the year before booking anything — HIMSS moves, and assumptions about the venue are the most common error.
- AWS re:Invent — November or December. The show is spread across five or more properties. Shuttle loops between them are contracted rather than reserved trip by trip.
- MJBizCon — December. Falls close to the National Finals Rodeo, which compounds demand across the whole city that month.
- Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix — November. Hotel access changes daily during build, race and teardown. The pickup point is agreed with the desk each day rather than assumed for the week.
