How an arrival at BNA works
Your reservation is linked to the flight number, so a delay, a diversion or an early landing moves the pickup time automatically. You are given thirty minutes of complimentary wait from wheels-down on a domestic arrival and ninety on an international one, because immigration and baggage are unpredictable in a way the airline schedule is not.
Curbside pickup is the faster and cheaper option: the chauffeur holds in the cell lot, you text when you have your bags, and the car is at the designated pickup zone within a few minutes. Meet-and-greet puts the chauffeur inside with a name board, helps with luggage and walks you out — the right choice for first-time visitors, guests you are hosting, children, and anyone with mobility needs.
Departures from BNA
For departures we work backwards from the terminal arrival time recommended for your carrier and cabin, add the traffic profile for that specific day and hour, and give you a pickup time. For international departures out of the larger hubs that usually means three hours before scheduled departure; for a domestic morning flight with pre-check it is often ninety minutes.
Getting into Nashville from BNA
Nashville is two businesses. On weekdays it is a healthcare corporate market — the hospital groups and health systems headquartered here generate steady sedan and SUV volume, along with a music industry that books quietly and carefully. At weekends it is the bachelorette capital of the United States, and party Sprinters and stretch vehicles are booked out months ahead for Broadway.
Local note. Broadway closes to traffic on major event evenings. Bachelorette and group bookings should agree a cross-street pickup at the time of booking, not on the night.
